The Design Brief
Leveling the Playing Field // CHI Student Design Challenge 2017

We tried to level the playground for international students in terms of job hunting in the U.S. Not only do they have a disadvantage of lacking existing networks,  they are also in a disadvantage compared to American students because of the work authorization technicalities that they have to learn on their own. Our project aims at helping international students to better understand and navigate the U.S. job market.
